By purchasing a Private Muse Access Pass, you agree to the following terms:

1. Access Pass Overview

The Private Muse Access Pass is a paid entry service that grants access to the Muse website, which operates as a private shopping experience.

The $50 AUD fee is a non-refundable access fee and is not a stored value product or gift card.

2. Bonus Credit

Upon purchase, you will receive a $50 AUD promotional credit to use on the Muse website.

• This credit is issued as a bonus, separate from the access fee
• It is valid for 3 months from the date of issue
• The credit can be applied toward any purchase on the website
• The credit is single-use and must be used in one transaction

3. Expiry & Forfeiture

• Any unused promotional credit will expire after 3 months
• Expired credit will not be reinstated, refunded, or extended

4. Refunds & Exchange

• The $50 access fee is non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law
• Purchases made using promotional credit are subject to our standard returns policy
• Promotional credit will not be reissued if a return or refund is processed

5. Account Access

• Access is linked to the email address used at purchase
• Login is via a one-time code (no password required)
• Access is intended for individual use and may be revoked if misuse is detected

6. General Conditions

• The Access Pass and promotional credit are not transferable or redeemable for cash
• Muse reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offering at any time
• Any misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity may result in cancellation of access without refund

7. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
